List of required information/documents

  • Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Details of business directors, partners, trustees or the business owner*
  • For Companies and Trusts, a Deed of Guarantee and Indemnity will need to be accepted by the Directors – sent on submission of the application
  • Business Banking or Credit Card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex
  • Vehicle and/or driver details for all of the fuel cards you require
  • On submission of the application the authorised signatory/s will receive an SMS with a link to complete their ID check (Photo ID is required)
